How to Use Iron-On / Sew-On Patches ✨

🔥 Iron-On Method
Step 1: Prepare the Surface
Lay your garment flat on an ironing board. Make sure it’s clean, dry, and wrinkle-free for the best adhesion.
Step 2: Position the Patch
Place the patch exactly where you want it, with the design side facing up 🎯.
Step 3: Cover & Iron

Cover the patch with a thin cloth (like a cotton handkerchief) to protect it.

Set your iron to medium heat (without steam).

Press firmly on the patch for 20-30 seconds, applying even pressure.
Step 4: Secure the Edges
Gently move the iron around the edges for 5-10 seconds to ensure a strong hold.
Step 5: Let Cool & Check
Allow the patch to cool completely ❄️. Once cooled, check if the edges are secure. If needed, repeat the process.
⚠️ Tip: For delicate fabrics or materials that can’t handle heat, opt for the sew-on method instead!

Step 1: Position the Patch
Place the patch exactly where you want it on your fabric.
Step 2: Pin & Secure
Use a few sewing pins 📍 to keep the patch in place while stitching.
Step 3: Stitch Around the Patch

Use a needle and thread (or a sewing machine) to stitch along the entire edge of the patch.

For extra durability, use a tight backstitch or zigzag stitch.
Step 4: Remove Pins & Finish
Once stitched securely, remove the pins and check that the patch is firmly attached.
